Please include the app version and build shown under Status, your iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not email passwords, Cloudflare credentials, API keys, or other secrets.

Connection help

Open Status to check the Travel Historian service and location permission. TestFlight reviewers can enter the separately provided beta access values under Service → TestFlight Beta access. Those values are stored in the iOS Keychain.

Location and offline use

Nearby stories require When-In-Use location permission and a service connection. A completed offline pack remains available without a network connection. Travel Historian does not require Always or background location permission.
